Ingredients of an eggless chocolate cheesecake
No Bake Oreo Crust :
What is an Oreo Crust?
It has two elements Oreo Cookies and Butter. An Oreo Cookie crust is a sweet and crunchy base for desserts, made by finely crushing Oreo cookies (chocolate sandwich cookies that consist of two dark chocolate wafers with a sweet cream filling) and combining the crumbs with melted butter. The mixture is then pressed into the bottom of a pie or cheesecake pan, forming a firm and flavorful foundation for the dessert. The result is a rich, chocolatey crust that complements various fillings, adding a delightful contrast in texture and taste to the overall dessert experience. Oreo crusts are particularly popular for their unique combination of chocolate and cream flavors, enhancing the overall indulgence of the final dessert.
In this eggless chocolate cheesecake, the Oreo crust has been used as a foundation for a rich, luscious chocolate filling that is decadent and a crowd-pleaser.
The Eggless Chocolate Cheesecake Filling:
An eggless chocolate filling for an eggless chocolate cheesecake typically involves a combination of ingredients that provide richness, creaminess, and a deep chocolate flavor without the use of eggs.
Cream Cheese: use the full-fat cream cheese you get in the grocery stores. If you can’t find any make your own. It is so easy to make your cream cheese with just three ingredients and you are done. I have an easy cream cheese recipe Super Easy Cream Cheese. (Easy and quick recipe) I made this eggless chocolate cheesecake recipe with my homemade cream cheese. It’s perfect for this cheesecake.
Condensed Milk: This ingredient provides the sweetness and the rich feel to the cheesecake. Do not leave this out.
Dark Chocolate (50 to 70 %): I used 70 % for an amazing chocolate flavor. Use what you have but I would recommend dark chocolate.
Coffee Powder: This is optional but I would recommend it highly as this is what enhances the chocolate flavor of the cheesecake. I don’t know why it happens but coffee increases the chocolatyness of the cheesecake. Use it.
Whipping Cream: This is what holds everything together the whipping cream gives this eggless no-bake chocolate cheesecake its structure and richness. Do not use a cream that has less than 35% fat content. It just won’t work.
Vanilla: I used essence you can use extract.
