What is a No-bake Biscoff Chocolate Tart?
A No Bake Biscoff Chocolate Tart is a delectable dessert that combines the unique flavors of Biscoff cookies and rich chocolate without requiring any baking. Hereās a breakdown of its components:
- Crust: The base is made from crushed Biscoff cookies, which have a distinct spiced, caramelized flavor. The cookie crumbs are mixed with melted butter to form a cohesive mixture that is then pressed into a tart pan to create a firm crust.
- Filling: The filling typically consists of a smooth chocolate ganache made from high-quality chocolate and heavy cream. But I have added biscoff spread and butter as well to make the tart even more flavourful.
- Assembly: Once the crust is set, the chocolate ganache is poured over it and spread evenly. The tart is then chilled in the refrigerator until the ganache is firm.
- Toppings (optional): I have garnished the tart with a drizzle of melted Biscoff spread, and even more crushed Biscoff cookies for added texture and flavor.
This tart is celebrated for its rich taste, creamy texture, and the convenience of not requiring an oven, making it a perfect choice for hot days or when you want a quick and impressive dessert.
